My order for item A377156 was returned for size exchange on 3/16/20.  I have not received any notifications or emails regarding the status of the exchange.  Can you please investigate for me?  Thank you.

@Stevie Nix    I returned an item for exchange on 1/31.  I didn't hear a word about it until I finally received the new item on 2/29.  Don't expect zippedly fast service.

@Kachina624I know that returns/exchanges take about a month, but I usually get an email saying that my return is on its way.  I didn't get that this time, so I was afraid it was lost.
