Hello, Customer Care,
I have an order still in process since 08/29. I spoke with Customer Service on Friday and was assured the order would go out. The concern is that the item is a housewarming gift so it is timely. More importantly, I am concerned that the product will be sold out. Can you help me?

I have same problem mine has been processing since August 30. Called twice no one could help me.

What date do you need it delivered by? Your package has been delayed because by the weather conditions created by the hurricane but it will surely be moving tomorrow.

Thanks Beth. I needed the gift for a housewarming party on Wednesday 09/11 and was advised the shipping delay was only due to needing verification that it was not a fraudulent order. I guess this is because the order is being shipped to a separate address other than my own billing address? This was confusing because a (later) separate order being shipped to that exact same address went out fine.
Once I called and Custmer Service verified the order was legitimate, I was promised the order would be released and shipped on Friday 09/09 . Can you veify that the “hold’ on my order was actually removed?

I am heartbroken. Just as I feared when I contacted you, the lantens are now Sold Out!. I had already promised the giftee that these were on their way since they were ordered 11 days ago and were “in process” . I was promised they would ship two days ago. Does this mean my order will not be processed after all?

I had checked earlier today and the lanterns were still in stock. This was two days after I was promised the in-stock lanterns gifts would be shipped out on 09/07.

Wayne, Whew! Thank You for your reply! I’m keeping my fingers crossed (and holding my breath) this order will be shipped out soon as promised. It’s meant for a very deserving person who has been through an enormous loss. I’m just hoping everything will work out. Thanks again.
