Something weird is going on. Yes, I had that happen recently ~ as a matter of fact, it is happening again. I ordered a wreath ~ the poppies & bird wreath recently presented on You're Home With Jill. When I click on the tracking info it stated "billing information received." I called QVC and yes, I had to wait a few more days but they were kind enough to overnight another one to me. When I check the tracking for the original wreath it still states "billing information received." Then I order three of the matching garlands ~ my order history shows they were shipped on the 4th, but the tracking info states (you guessed it) billing information received for 3/6. It read this on the 4th. How can the info be received on the 6th when the 6th hadn't occurred yet? Customer service said I have to wait a few days (which I understand) then we'll look at getting another three out to me. I'm wondering if this an issue when items are being sent directly from the vendor? When things are sent from QVC's warehouse I haven't had this happen. Anyway, I hope you get your item.
