ok so I ordered the HP 17" laptop with wireless printer. I made the order on FEBRUARY 23RD. I have a EDD of March 6th for both items The printer was shipped the 24th and arrived on the 27th. The laptop was processed on FEBRUARY 27th... and I kept checking the tracking number through UPS and it says shipping label has been created and will send when they receive the item. Something like that. Well, today is the 6th and I still haven't received it. Also, it still has that same message on UPS. It has not moved at all! I called QVC this morning and they are not very helpful. They just said they can't send a replacement until the 11th, but they can't tell me what happened. Has this happened to anyone else??

Something weird is going on.  Yes, I had that happen recently ~ as a matter of fact, it is happening again.  I ordered a wreath ~ the poppies & bird wreath recently presented on You're Home With Jill.  When I click on the tracking info it stated "billing information received."  I called QVC and yes, I had to wait a few more days but they were kind enough to overnight another one to me.  When I check the tracking for the original wreath it still states "billing information received."  Then I order three of the matching garlands ~ my order history shows they were shipped on the 4th, but the tracking info states (you guessed it) billing information received for 3/6.  It read this on the 4th.  How can the info be received on the 6th when the 6th hadn't occurred yet?  Customer service said I have to wait a few days (which I understand) then we'll look at getting another three out to me.  I'm wondering if this an issue when items are being sent directly from the vendor?  When things are sent from QVC's warehouse I haven't had this happen.  Anyway, I hope you get your item.

This is so frustrating. I wouldn't mind it being late if they could just be more honest and just tell me what is going on instead of giving me so many excuses. Thank you for letting me know I am not the only one. I'll give them a few extra days and then call them again. They really need to fix their shipping issues.
