QVC, please explain why you bother to have a. "track my order" button when it always states when I click it no information available? If you can't provide inforamtion then don't act like you are with a track my order click.

 

I have cut so far back on my purchases and this is another reason to just drive to the mall.

@granny me So sorry for the inconvenience, but when the order is scanned in the UPS/USPS hub, we should have some updated into via the "track my order" option shortly.
