What I didn't get was this new email most others got telling us the changes.

@PinkyPetunia. Be careful my n GFs bank account was hacked and she figured it was through her phone when she deposited a check.

@JustpeachyinGA I understand... but for me a majority of my returns are Qs fault. Shipping the incorrect item, size, color, or defective and that annoys me in the first place. I have to pay for their mistakes? If I changed my mine I am o.k. with it as my choice.

Thank you @Mz iMac
I have never changed my email preferences. I stopped getting them over a year ago.
CS NOR the Mods have been able to fix it so I appreciate the posts.

People assume everyone has a phone or printer but clearly they will lose people that don't. I guess they are willing to lose those customers. Unfortunately, most online shopping do not provide return labels either and most do not include any paperwork at all. If you buy and need to return perhaps you could call customer service and explain your situation and they might be able to help you.
"Don't have a phone" ???
Not to put too fine a point on it, but if you ordered something from QVC, you probably did so with your phone or computer ... right?
Is there another way that I've forgotten about?
Some seniors only have a landline phone and no computer. Some people still phone in their orders for this reason. Don't you hear them say "Our phone lines are jammed". I haven't phoned in an order for years but for some, it is the only way they order. They probably don't have a cell phone.

Yes, a Landline.

I'm one of those old ladies without a printer or cell phone. Have had to call customer service several times in the last eight or nine months for printed return labels. Will continue to do so until I'm turned down. Then. . .well, no more QVC.

My mom does not own a computer or a printer or a smart phone. She is elderly, like a lot of QVC shoppers. This is a huge inconvenience. I hope the QR code is on the packing slip.

If you are sent something that is the incorrect item, size, color, or defective, you don't pay to send it back.

@shoesnbags Customers still have to use their resources and time for Qs mistakes. That is what I was referring to.
I don't know about others but I have more errors with QVC. One time I sent for an exchange as sent an incorrect size and was shipped the same incorrect size a second time! It seemed the item was stocked incorrectly in the wrong size. I hope they will send a label out for those who are not able to print one.
