The best way to contact the Social Team is to email them at QVCSocialTeam@QVC.com., giving them this same information.
That way your post here isn't buried and may take them awhile to spot it!

Mine have taken a long time lately. I am waiting on an exchange and one I did get a credit back and shipped me wrong stuff and I returned.
But returned in middle of May and just getting back so about 30 days.

I assume you did NOT use the EZ return system?
Credits or exchanges are handled in less than a week for me.

Agree w/ previous post...you need to email the social team with all your info.

I used EZ returns for an item that I returned on 5/25. I just received the refund to my credit card today. It takes awhile.

It has been my experience that using ez returns didn't work for me. I did an online chat with customer service. I got my credit.

Email the QVC social team. They will take care of everything. I just had a few issues, and they responded immediately. Each time.

To me, exchanges don't work. I returned a navy blue Irish Aran knit sweater 6 weeks ago, wanted a different color.....nothing, crickets. They really shouldn't advertise free exchanges.

Call 1-800-367-9444 and press 0 for customer representative. If they can see either the UPS or USPS tracking they will issue credit then and when item is processed at a return warehouse they will see it was already processed by customer service.

I was told returns are taking longer than normal. The other day I contacted CS and they credited my account during that phone call. It had been 1 month since I returned it.
