My Return Still Not Processed ??!!

I'm not calling CS anymore...but another payment was taken out of my bank yesterday and as we've discussed, you received my return......the USPS picked it up on Sept. 6th to return to you. No, I do not 'need' the money but jeezz, it's over $300 now.

 

(It takes 4-5 days in processing before it even ships / another 10 days to arrive (so we do not really get 30 days to try it), and are charged for the returns, which are put on the back burners there it seems.) 

 

I am NOT a happy customer. Do not make promises if you cannot keep them.

I'm not sure if Melvin addressed this to you in his email, but you get 30 days to return any item from when you RECEIVE it.  NOT from the order date.

 

You absolutely do get 30 days to try the item.

 

Just wanted to clarify that.

I had to again call CS early today. I hope it will now be resolved. One thing you might wish to add is "I'm sorry" to your customers. Just a thought for good customer relations in the future. It's become a very elaborate, confusing and time consuming issue for us, imho. Thank you. -fin-
