............I truly hope that the Q offers this 5 EZ PAY again.....VERY SOON.
It was awful yesterday trying to order.
And today it just plain does NOT work at all.
On phone, tablet, or computer.
Giving up.

I was able to put one order through. AND then my Mom said she wanted one and asked me to order for her. Can't get it to go through with the EZ pay option so I'll just wait and try later.

QVC has a lousy CS, warehouse, buyers, trainers, wardrobe team, hiring staff and recently their IT cannot keep the company running? That's just what viewers know about. What does QVC have running smoothly?

This seems to happen a lot when they have an Easy Pay offer. I'm able to get through to checkout, but the Easy Pay option is not showing.

Tried to order the TSV, clicked order and up came the message "system under maintenance. We received your order and will send a confirmation to your e-mail". No, nothing on my email and also when tried to access my orders to see if maybe it was there - can't do that either - says service unavailable. So don't know if I'm getting the oven or not. Not good QVC, not good.

How uplifting. If there is nothing about QVC you find worthy of your time, then why are you participating in the forums?

The one order I had that went through didn't reflect the ezpay, so I called CS and had them apply the ezpays.

I called CS because I placed an order on the 5X EZ pays and wasn't sure if it went through. My credit card does not show it. The CS rep said to wait a few hours and it would probably show. I hope so! This happens every time they offer EZ pay on every item!

My, my, and here we go again and again, over and over! Interesting that I can sign into forum and write this rant, but putting through an order ONCE AGAIN, is a fruitless task.
Prior to the "IT problems" I was signed into my account. I was able to order the KC Ham, but it would not honor easy pay and when it "confirmed" the red "technical difficulties" was all throughout the ordering process.
Knowing full well the last time this happened when I put in an order, IT NEVER DID GO THROUGH. Looked for my orders but it would not open, so I called CS and got a 10-minute wait. Well, any surprise, that order did not go through, ordered it and proceeded to let the CS rep know of my ire and disappointment in the incompetence that plagues QVC and the incompetence of IT in running the website that constantly is having "technical difficulties" especially during busy shows or special shows.
We have all voiced our distresses here about QVC's ongoing problems.
I told her I was getting quite tired of hearing "I'm sorry", it doesn't work anymore when it does not change. In 30 years shopping here, the last 6 months have been difficult to tolerate and I was taking much of my business elsewhere.

I was unable to buy items on easy pay this morning due to a Q error, and now the easy pay offer has expired. I don't like this game Q plays, either offer five easy pays throughout the event, or don't.
It isn't fair to those who don't get here within the four hour period, and then to lose out due to a Q error, not fair at all. I won't be buying now that the five easy pay offer has expired.
