I know we all are experiencing shipping delays but my most recent orders are "in processing" for days and days.  Why is it that some distribution centers move the merchandise out quickly and others are just slow?

All my many orders, including waitlist, for the past six week have either been received or have shipped and are on the way.  Got two today.  Anything delayed was probably new merchandise imported that has not arrived as scheduled in the warehouse.

I got a notice from UPS stating reasons there were delays - Covid 19, Weather issues down south and demonstrations all over.

Actually my orders are going on 3 weeks in processing as of now....and they are 2 fashion items i ordered at the end of May that are from last year and still have stock and they have had these items IN stock for all these weeks but keep telling me they are either processing or have been delayed and i have gotten 3 delivery dates so far.....i am waiting on the 3rd date they promised me they would  be delivered............i keep hearing of some customers having issues...and others that have received their items on time............

My order has been "In Process" since May 19.  Talked tto CS twice now with no real explanation except it is probably the vendor's problem getting items shipped in.  This was a TSV and never should have aired if that was an issue.  I checked reviews on the product and apparently some folks did receive theirs.  Not very happy.  It's summer apparel so I hope it gets here before winter.

I ordered a Kim Gravel top on 5/24 and it is still processing. Can't cancel either which is to their benefit. So now its time for the second easy pay on a top that I don't have. This is totally unexceptable. No other companies are having these issues. Mail order company should not be in business if they can't get items out in a timely matter. I have spent thousands of dollars here, but I am pretty fed up right now. I have about 7 pieces of summer clothes I am waiting on and June is almost over. I suggest if you want any winter clothes you should order them now....beyond ridiculous

One order of mine took almost a full MONTH to get to me.  It wasn't on backorder and wasn't an advanced order item.  I don't live in Alaska or Hawaii.  It's hard to believe they can't find solutions to all of these problems.

I ordered an item about four weeks ago and it still indicates that's it in process. I have placed and received other online orders and while there were some minor delays, I was kept up to date on the status of my shipment. So far I haven't heard anything from QVC other than oh well it will continue to be delayed. I ended up calling to cancel since I no longer need the item and it hasn't been cancelled. 

 

It's understandable with this COVID pandemic that shipping is much slower, however, it's unacceptable that there is no update on when the item can be shipped.

@Shotzie2016 totally agree and to top it off, if it is the same top I finally received that I also tried to cancel but was unable to, I returned it because it was too big and I really did not like it.  Guess who pays the extra shipping?  Not the Q.  It really does not seem fair.  I spend way too much money with QVC.  I have really cut it down to almost zero due to their lack of customer service.  It is not worth the headache to me.  HSN has almost all the same products (almost) with much better service along with stores opening up.
