I ordered a top that was "in process" for fourteen days before it shipped. Ridiculous. When will I ever learn? And why can't QVC be at least a little bit like other companies that ship so much faster??????? I'm not asking for one day shipping but two weeks in process is CRAZY. I wanted to cancel it but couldn't because it was "in process."

My orders get shipped out but after they move once or twice, they die out. I never get them. One got cancelled, got refunded. I tried again, now, it's just sitting after moving once or twice, just sitting....

It is not worth the headache to me. HSN has almost all the same products (almost) with much better service along with stores opening up.
I wish my items were sold on HSN but I don't think they are. I'm having shipping issues.

I am stil in "process" for that top.....28 days in "Process" today. I tried to cancel today and set on hold for 40 min and still never got to talk to anyone. I tried to contact CS on facebook and they won't let you do that either. I am beyond disgusted with them. I have spent so much money with them over the years. But, I think I am done now.

I just read an article that they are laying off over 1100 employees at their Lancaster County distribution center as of July 1st. This is probably why they have shipping problems. Seems like they are closing some warehouses to consolidate others. My last order was placed on 6/1 and is scheduled for delivery on 6/25. I'm done with this craziness. No more ordering from QVC. I'm going to Amazon & others from now on.

I ordered Josie Maran hemp oil on 5/12 and it shipped on 6/18. It is still in San Leandro, CA since 6/19. It has not moved in 5 days. Maybe I will receive before Christmas!!!!

I'm having this problem with the Northern Nights TV pillows I ordered. Really nothing I can do except wait.

Do you think they are simply about to fold? I don't see how a company can do business like this. Seems like a total breakdown.

Same here! I have on shipped using mail innovations & it just doesn't move. I ordered white pants & the in process & shipping took so long I never wore them! So I have taken care of the problem. I am not ordering anymore.
