I think the best thing is to try another avenue.

Like I said, it's no big deal.  I mean, why care if the package is thrown in the trash, right?  Seriously.

Whatever happened to civility and decorum?  Never mind.....

It sounds to me like you want the package UPS has also even though QVC sent you a replacement. So in the end you'll end up with 2 orders although you only paid for one order.

Yes, that's what I think she's saying too.  I'm getting a "they made a mistake so I should profit" vibe here.  Not cool

@77yangya - "QVC said it's due to human error.  That's okay because the Q sent me out another, which I received and they credited me on the shipped for the one I didn't get.  Can you beat that!???"

So, QVC shipped you a replacement, credited you for the one you didn't receive.  No, you can't beat that.  They have acted in good faith.

Civility and decorum have nothing to do with it.  If QVC did as you've stated, the package that UPS supposedly still has is QVC's legal property - not yours.

There is no other "avenue" to try.  You have your item.  Be happy you dealt with a reputable company and leave it at that.  Whatever happened to ethical behavior?
