Hi QVC.  Okay, I placed my order and I always use express shipping.  (unless it's 5:00am and I forget) but this order I did use express shipping.  It was sent out nicely but then UPS started saying they don't have a delivery date.  I called UPS and they said there's a problem with the weight.  I called QVC.  They said that the incorrect weight was typed on the label.  I asked my husband to step into this.  So he asked...is it mechanized or does a real human type it in.  QVC said it's due to human error.  That's okay because the Q sent me out another, which I received and they credited me on the shipped for the one I didn't get.  Can you beat that!???  Anyway, when I still track it, it wants to move but the shipping/weight needs to be corrected and they'll send it to me.  I'd like to leave a tracking number but it's public so tell me where I can do this.  Maybe you could kind of help?

Takeaway....this situation is fixed but I'd still like to have the one UPS has.  Please post on here what I should do.  Thank you!!!

@77yangya why would you still be getting the original order?

Didnt you say QVC sent you a replacement, that you have already received, and credited you the shipping cost on the original? Or did I misunderstand?

Your original item is probably on its way back to the QVC warehouse and under a new tracking number.

You wouldnt receive both I would imagine.

Send an email to qvcsocialteam@qvc.com with all your information.

You could also try calling customer service, but the moderators at the above email address usually deal better with situations like this.

If QVC was smart, they should have redirected the first package back to their warehouse (since you already received the 2nd one).

There is no reason you should receive two unless you paid for both and return one.

I'm lost - why do you want the one UPS has if QVC sent you out another one, you received it and like it?

I was lost starting with the OPs husband asking how the error was made.  I think, however, the OP thinks that error should result in the extra one for the inconvenience?  Not sure.

1.  I got a replacement

2.  I want the lost one

3 . QVC expeditiously fixed the issue

4.  Again...I ONLY want the lost one.

5.  The problem is human error so humans have to fix it.

I tried emailing the one mentioned on here and it goes to the boards.  I cannot put the tracking number because sensitive information is on there and would be exposed to anyone who clicked on it.  I have spokenn to QVC on the phone about it and again...they DID everything they were supposed to do.  My issue is....

I ONLY want the one that is still out there.  I am out of the loop.  I would need someone from QVC to see this post and get in touch with me OR get in touch with UPS and talk to them about this.  QVC....thank you for being a good merchant.  I deal with lots of them and your customer service is really good.  I just am hoping this gets routed to me.  My husband always admonishes me....watch out who you're buy from!  Now, I know QVC is reknown and does the right thing.  He always says...why don't you buy from them!  This is off topic but I'm just killing some time...anyway, I purchased something the Q did not have.  They never sent the item and I could not find them on line  I tried to find them in my history, I think I did it on Google.  Anyway, I found them and this lady kept saying refund, refund in a very heavy accent.  I said...why did you not tell me you did not have it in stock.  This place is just some little place no one ever heard of so I said...I want that refund TO  WHO  DAY!  LOL!!!!!  She did it.  I got it but won't purchase from them.  I remember the name but I don't want to mention.  TAKEAWAY ........I'm not worried about the item sitting at UPS, just hoping it gets routed to me.  No biggie.  I can aways purchase more.  Again....the Q DOES give wonderful customer service.  We all make mistakes and I'm not calling anyone out.

What do you mean "I tried emailing the one mentioned on here and it goes to the boards."?

Use your email address you have with QVC and email the moderators at qvcsocialteam@qvc.com.  It is private and will not be shown on these forums anywhere.  It's just a regular email.  It goes to the moderators who also help with customer service issues.  Even if they see your post here, this is exactly what they will tell you to do.

I suspect your order will be shipped back to QVC however and if you want another you'll have to reorder.

That said, you do what you want.🤷‍♀️

@77yangya - I can't make any sense at all of your post.

You mention not ordering or naming "them".  Who is "them"?

Because you say that QVC sorted out the issue for you and shipped you a replacement.

You're making it sound as if you ordered the original from a different retailer, but QVC sorted it out???  " This place is just some little place no one ever heard of so I said...I want that refund TO  WHO  DAY!  LOL!!!!!  She did it.  I got it but won't purchase from them. "

Also, why do you care about the item that UPS supposedly still has?  If you ordered one and QVC has refunded you for that and shipped you a replacement, the issue should be considered resolved.

Unless you want the one UPS still has for free?

@77yangya - I don't understand why you'd want the original item if you received a replacement—did you not get the exact same item?

FWIW, it is highly unlikely that you'll get the original item since it is not properly labeled; it will either be retrieved by or returned to QVC (or discarded). The tracking number you're following will probably disappear from the system soon since the package cannot proceed. And asking QVC to help you a second time with the same issue is unlikely to produce any new results since the situation has already been resolved—it is not logical/ethical for you to request that they send you an item you've already been fully compensated for.
