Could someone clarify the purpose of placing a pre-order for delivery on 12/15 during the TSV on 11/04? 

I received the following notification this morning: "Thank you for your 11/04/25 order for: (1) SH12/15 Mrs. Prindables (10) Large Holiday (Item# M137921). Unfortunately, we have learned that this item is not available for immediate shipment. We sincerely apologize that we are unable to fulfill your order as initially promised."

I placed orders for both a 10-pack and a 5-pack and received this message for each. I was under the impression that pre-ordering was intended to ensure that customers who placed orders on 11/04 would have guaranteed delivery on the specified ship date and receive the product as expected...

Anyone else get this?

@kres.  I got that message one day this past week on a Jimmy the Baker order.  It shipped the next day.

Maybe when it was time to make your order, the apples weren't available for some reason.  That's very unusual.

My thing is why order the TSV when it airs with the date you need and then they don't have it. Can they not preplan how many they need with the TSV sales? I noticed that they were offering the ship date on and off throughout the month of November...

@kres  I ordered the 10 pc. large set for my DD on Nov. 5. She got it on Tuesday. I guess you could call CS, but they probably see what you are seeing. Good Luck.

Worst part is these were meant to be part of Christmas gifts... Now I'm forced to find something on such short notice...

It makes me really angry. When you have a pre order they should really know what's going on.  This happened to me 2 years in a row with VP fresh wreaths.  They were both Xmas gifts and couldn't be delivered until January. What? And they gave me a hard time about cancelling the orders saying it's allready in the system. I said what good is a Christmas wreath delivered after the holiday??  They finally did cancel the orders saying but I'd never do it again.

I ordered the 5 large apples with boxes at the same time.  Mine arrived earlier this week.  Strange that ohers are getting notice of delay.  Perhaps they didn't have enough apples for the orders that were taken.  Not Good!

@kres.  They are not made in advance and the advantage to ordering the TSV  is the special price.

One thing that comes to mind is perhaps they were stored in an unhealed area and the apples froze, making them unusable.  There have been extreme low temps in some places.

You seem to take this personally.  Things happen.  I feel certain this hurt Mrs. PRINDABLE more than it hurt you.

Most of their items are on sale and they have a large selection.
