I'm Having Delivery Issues Too

.....But I think we need to remember the time of the year and the delivery services are probably jam packed with boxes going all over the place.  It only started recently so that tells me that.

Agreed!  

 

IF I buy something in December, I shouldn't expect it to arrive before Christmas.

I am very impressed with the delivery service of all carrier service.  Packages are arriving on time and in pristine condition.  

 

I also need to acknowledge the retailers distribution efforts, since carriers can't deliver without the retailers getting product to them.

For some reason, things have been arriving in a timely fashion and undamaged where we are.

I do understand that it's a very busy time of year, but when it's been up to three weeks and no product. It's very frustrating. Six products so far I've had issues with. Three from QVC, two were lost in transit from ups and had to be cancelled and me getting refunded because of the items being sold out, and one being delivered by usps and it says it's on its way. Was supposed to be delivered Monday, then yesterday, now I'm not sure. There's still hope! Three other items from different websites. One was cancelled because they couldn't fulfill the order and the other two are stuck in Chicago for about a week now. Been very fortunate that all the gifts I ordered online have been delivered and the items I'm having issues with are for me. Thank you for letting me vent a little. I consider myself to be a somewhat patient person, and will TRY and wait for two weeks before contacting the company. 😊
