Mr Christmas Order

How can my Mr Christmas set of three nesting books order still be sitting in process with no way to cancel when others have received their order and posted reviews?  Q gave me the good old canned COVID-19 excuse.  When I ordered my set, it was advanced order.  I ordered it July 3rd with a July 9th advanced order.  Seeing reviews tells me they shipped as others received it... why is mine still in process?
