Moderators, can we please ask if IT can address concerns about the motion, movement, jumping pages that several of us have now been experiencing for a number of days. Posts about the issue can be found in the Communty Chat forum (link below). As a point of information, some of us indicate having done the clearing of history, rebooting thing but to no avail and have the problem only here. Thanks for any help we can get with this.

The "jumping page" has been on HSN for quite a while.    Maybe they consolidated their IT departments.......

My issue is more of a rolling at the top of the page that is left over from the panel of Departments that pops up under the bar at the top of the screen that says 'What can we help you discover?'.

It seems like there is always some issue with this site anymore....

The jumping is really annoying....

It really does @Nataliesgramma and I'm sure they get tired of hearing about it, but then, we get tired of trying to work around the issues.

Part of the forum page jumps under the top banner so I can't see what is written in the post at the very top. I have to scroll down so I can read it. So annoying.

Yeah, I really HATE this new thing where that top part of the page breaks off and follows you when you scroll down.   

When you click on a thread, and it goes to the first unread post, it's mostly covered by that thing so you have to scroll down (or is it up?  Scroll up, which brings the page down) or you will miss the first unread post.

Why?    It was just fine before.  Good grief.

Ok, that's my rant for the day.

Unfortunately, the various problems impacting navigation persist, but it appears our concerns haven't, to date, warranted any kind of reply. If anyone is working on a solution, well, how would we know?
