For her incredibly fast and excellent customer service today per an email I sent to the Social Team regarding an item I purchased. Sorry you have to work on Easter @Susan-QVC ; I do appreciate your help.

I second that!  Extremely quick response from Susan to a shipping issue I had.  This is the level of customer service that keeps customers happy!
