My order ********** Harry Slaken candles has been in process for six days tomorrow the 21st of May. What is up with that? The pumpkin basket I ordered after was shipped out in three days. yet nothing can be cancelled after an hour, but in process forever..
Then if something is returned, it goes from Calif. to Nevada, then back to Ontario Calif. and stays there for days and you have to call for your refund.
CA by phone is useless. Not your fault, but can anything be done? My fault for ordering. Thank you either way even if it,s out of your hands. N

@qvcaddition. It's not at all unusual for something to be processing for a week or more, or you could get lucky and have an order ship in 24 hours. Last week I had one process for 8 days.

Oh dear, I don’t know where you are located nor the delivery time you are accustomed to but many, many areas of our great country are suffering from extreme weather situations and aren’t even able to get necessary provisions for daily living.
So sad for you.

I can understand if it was shipped and had to go through areas of poor weather. That is not the case . It,s lost in QVC wwarehouse. My heart goes out to you and people in these extreme conditions.
I am accustomed to slow delivery in in great weather. I have also gotten orders ordered way a fter the one in question. Don,t be sad for me, which i,m sure that was a sly remark, feel sad that you didn,t understand what you read.
Again, I hope the people in poor conditions get the help needed. I went through the Cal. Fires in 2017. I will pray for them.

Eleven days and counting. Other orders are arriving, what happen here?
