Trying to look at my Easy pays, order status, etc and when I sign in, it takes me to the Q card offer page. I don't want a Q card, never have, never will. Will someone please fix this! I'm really frustrated with QVC website lately and with a big Corp such as QVC, I don't understand why your website is difficult to navigate.

I totally agree. I sent them an e-mail last week regarding my concerns about the website. I depend on being able to check the "Program Guide" to see what's been offered on-air while I was working/sleeping/etc. When I "click" to see the items presented during a show, items recently on air show up. If the QVC I.T. workers cannot fix these website issues, I am losing faith that they can manage my order status, easy pay, auto delivery, etc. safely and correctly. By the way, I did receive an e-mail to inform me that their technologists are working on the problems. Sorry...it's been long enough. Oh well, guess I'm saving money, because I refuse to order anything until they can get these internet issues fixed.

@wvumountiefan .. a while back I started having a problem with viewing my auto-delivery items. After several mods telling me that they were looking into the problem nothing was ever done to correct it. I finally gave up. The problem continues to exist to this day. I hope you have better luck.
