Hello!๐Ÿ™‚ I sent an email to the QVCSocialTeam last week but have yet to receive a respose. Is there another department I can send an email expressing my concerns?

@SandySparkles.  It seems to me the staff of mods is not what it used to be so maybe they're not so swift with responses.  I sent one too and got no answer, although I eventually figured it out.

 

6ou can call or write to the executive offices.  There's no email address but they do have someone who takes complaints/concerns.

@SandySparkles - I'd suggest just trying again; the systems that route and process email messages aren't perfect, and I'm sure the moderators receive hundreds of messages per day. I've reached out to them three times in the past two weeks and received a response the same day each time. Make sure you're sending your message to QVCSocialTeam@qvc.com.

 

(Some people will tell you to use social.team@qvc.com, but since that is actually the reply email address for messages from the team after an initial message is processed, the moderators have mentioned it is best not to use itโ€”it sort of jumps into the middle of the response cycle and could be missed because nobody has been assigned to it and it's possible nobody will be assigned due to the typical processing steps.)

Wayne addressed your post. He told you to email them the "information again to QVCSocialTeam@qvc.com". You replied you would do so "as soon as I can!".

 

So why the drama? Just do what he told you to.  eye roll
