Moderator, I need help please. I've sent an email (twice now) to the address I've always used for QVC Social Team assistance with orders. I got a notice that the email was undeliverable. What's up with that...has the address changed?? Can you help me? Please tell me this feature is still available to us as it's one of the best things going here.

I had the same thing happen to me this morning.

I have been having the same issue this morning.  I sent 3 emails and they have all come back as undeliverable.

@Kim-QVC, thanks very much for your reply. I will sit tight and hopefully it will be resolved soon. FWIW, using the email address "social.team@QVC.com" that I've always used in the past, it now goes to this and is undeliverable:

 

(484) 701-1000

Well dang, @riley1, that indeed did work. Thank you. I've used the other address in the past with no issues so I don't know...it was the only one I had. In fact, I just now got a reply from Moderator Beth and when I highlight the email address from her it's the one I mentioned. I don't have a clue here but all's well that ends well, I guess.Thanks again!
