Order preparing to ship , now backordered . Can moderator help?

my order for sketchers TSV , rose gold slippers was ordered way before that color sold out ,   I think it was in the AM and they were still avaliable in the pm so why  the back order ?    They were preparing to ship for a week and now Backordered ?   I don't get that  at all .

@Kitty Galore I had the same issue with a Lug bag.  Good luck, they cancelled my order this am and CS/mods have yet to respond.

The same thing happened to me & then the item finally shipped ... strange things are happening?????
