   Yesterday, I emailed the social team & have not gotten a response. 2 weeks ago I returned 2 pair of NYDJ cropped jeans.On the same day I also sent back the Spanx bras requesting that they be exchanged for a size medium.

  Tracking past June 9 is unavailable.Can someone please help me? Has QVC received the returns? When will I get my refund/ exchange? It's been over 2 weeks.

Did you use the email: QVCSocialTeam@QVC.com?

 

If so, I would re-send it in case it didn't go through, I've emailed them a lot and always get a response in an hour or so.

You never know how strong you are until being strong is the only choice you have.

 @KingstonsMom  Yes, I emailed the QVC social team.Never got a response. I just resent it. I'm so frustrated. I can't get through when I call & now the social team isn't answering emails either.

  My only alternative is to stop ordering & take my business elsewhere.
