SInce Sep 10th, I have been trying to get help from QVC and manifacturer of this product.
I dropped my return item with QVC return label on 9/15/2018
Item arrived to QVC facility in Rocky Mount NC on 10/14/2018
I have 2 ticket numbers from QVC :
Ticket# 10012018M08410001:AR0003
Ticket# 10012018R58140001:AR0003
If any Mods out there have a chance to look into this, please help!
