I haven't heard anything yet. But thankfully my "surprise" items arrived OK. When I originally called customer service they could not see any tracking for them. They also didn't show up on UPS tracking. I called regarding another matter and was told that they are aware of the situation and working on it. This is the first time I've enountered this, but the process of not knowing is disconcerting enough to put shopping on pause for me. I do hope it will be fixed soon.

I was just about to start a new discussion about missing tracking numbers on my last three orders when I saw this thread. WHY IS THIS HAPPENING?? Could the moderators clue the rest of us in on what the problem is? I can tell you, I am not happy about this. Just as others here have mentioned, I rely heavily on this information. I will not be ordering anything else from QVC till I'm assured this is not some "new norm" for them. Done.

I just had it happen with the My Pillow TSV. I rec'd an e-mail and the tracking number was in the e-mail. I deleted the e-mail and figured I could just track the shipping/delivery through My Account. However, there was no tracking information, my order just showed it was shipped.
The pillows did arrive yesterday.

I've had this happen twice in the last 2 months. Once, I called C.S. and they had the tracking number. I currently have an order that shipped and is due the 18th, but no tracking number showing.

I am still trying to get to the bottom of this...sometimes we (internal QVC) can see the tracking numbers and the customers cannot which does not make sense. Unfortunately the severe flooding around our warehouses here on the East Coast has compounded the issue....thank you for your patience while we figure out how we can fix this.
