i have now had missing tracking numbers for seven orders and want to bring this glitch to your attention. (Other orders do have tracking numbers, which I rely on for the "out for delivery" status.)
I first noticed this on an item shipped in August. Since this had never occurred before, I thought it was an aberration and when the item was delivered let it pass. But then again on four items delivered yesterday and again on two newly shipped orders that have yet to arrive.
I called customer service last week to inquire for tracking numbers, but encountered a condescending customer service representative who insisted I didn't understand the process.
I tried to discern a pattern with the missing tracking numbers, to provide you with more information to track the glitch, but nothing jumps out at me. For example, I ordered three items from Josie Maran that have just shipped, one has a tracking number and two do not.
I would like to know how I might obtain tracking numbers for these current orders that have shipped.
I would also hope that this issue is not affecting multiple customers, but am posting it here in case it may be of help. I am hesitant to continue shopping here until this issue is corrected.

@Serendipity - This has happened to me also during the past few weeks, most recently on Thursday. I called CS and the rep was able to tell me if it was out for delivery. She did not know why the order did not include tracking information, but she was able to access it It is strange that we can't see it, but they can.
I hope QVC fixes this right away, since I'm sure we are not the only customers who have had this problem

I too have been experiencing this. I would say in the last week for sure, but probably more like two weeks. I have had multiple items sent with the majority not with tracking information. Since one of them required a signature, I needed to know when that one was close to my town and/or out for delivery to ensure someone would be at the house to sign for it.
When I called customer service a few days ago, the gal was able to see all the tracking data, but I couldn't see anything but the estimated delivery date. And even when items had been delivered, that information was not noted saying it was already delivered. It still showed an EDD.
At first I thought it was all items coming thru the post office, and came to the conclusion the PO was hiding that information so people couldn't complain about their packages sitting at the local post office for a couple of business days, like I have had happen. But the UPS item that required a signature did not have tracking on it either. So there went that theory.
Hopefully, QVC will be able to figure this out, as it makes a difference if I go home right after work to collect package from sitting out in the heat or drive-bys seeing something they can steal, or if I am free to do something else for a few hours before going home.

I just had that happen on my TSV Duraflame fireplace, no shipping info available. It arrived yesterday Fedex.
Today, I see my LED Pumpkin figure by Santa's Best shows as shipped today with an EDD of 5 Oct, but no tracking number. Wonder who's delivering this one.

I've had two orders recently without tracking numbers but both showed up okay although I don't know who brought them. One was the Copper Chef pan, but I don't remember the other.

I also have had several orders without tracking numbers.I like to know when my packages are arriving since they place mine right at the front door and I live on a busy street where you can see the packages. If I know they are coming that day, I can keep a look out for them.
Plus last week I had my LOGO tops all arrive without a order form packaged in it. Unfortunately they had to be returned and so I had to print all of them from my order.
A little inconvenient.

Has anyone heard yet why this is happening? I'm like one of the other posters; I don't like my things left out where anybody can see them and perhaps steal the packages. When I can see the tracking and know they are "out for delivery" then I know to go straight home from work to put them inside instead of doing some other activities before going home.

I'm also missing tracking orders on the last two orders that shipped. I have them in the shipping e-mails, but I don't always get those.
I rely heavily on tracking numbers to watch the progress of my items. Our UPS drivers ring the bell most of the time -- but sometimes they don't, and the USPS contract driver never rings the doorbell when she leaves a package. I've had boxes left in the pouring rain multiple times (oddly enough, when she delivers a box, she leaves the other mail in the mailbox up at the road).
Especially now, with Hurricane Matthew bearing down on us, I need those tracking numbers to keep abreast of the progress of my packages.
