Missing Items

Well I cannot find my order!!  Placed on 1/14, shipped 1/17 and delivered to an address 45 minutes away from me on 1/23.  It went to a post office 25 minutes from me, not the one in my town and then off to an unknown address. Someone out there kept all my stuff-5 items of clothing. That makes me mad that they are so dishonest and did not return it.  Customer Service was very nice at QVC and is resenting my items.
