Membership Credits Incorrect Amount? HELP!

When I go to the checkout page and see how many total credits I have (testing it with an EV Rider added to my cart), it currently shows only $371.68 which I know is beyond incorrect. Customer service says I have $1252 dollars in QVC credits to use for purchases but I don't see it at all. Plus I just added a $100 from a QVC gift card and no change! I don't know what's going on and I need help!
