It's for a pair of Peace Love world bermuda shorts. I received this week and they don't fit. When I go to print a return label this is the message I receive. Please figure out how to correct this issue. Thank you!
"Unfortunately, this item does not meet QVC’s Return Policy . An item can be returned to QVC within 30 days of a customer’s receipt of the item. If this came with a manufacturer’s warranty, please refer to your warranty information to contact that company"

I hope customer service gets this fixed quickly.
I just went and checked to see if I was getting the same message. On something I just received and am keeping. Yes the same message as you did @Dlb63.
I also checked a return that I did make and this pops up Hmm, something went wrong. Try again, or contact Customer Service at 888-345-5788.

I've had much success when I've emailed customer service or used live chat so you may try that. I've noticed recently that many clothing items I've looked at say something to the effect that they're not eligible for returns. Don't know what that's all about but maybe you purchased one of those items? Good luck.

Were they on blowout clearance by any chance? Were they on any other promotional sale price that would have listed "not eligible for return" somewhere on the item page? I would think anyone working in CS could handle this for you, one way or the other. Call them on the phone.

@Carolina925For me the items that I checked on were brand new. The one that I am keeping was the Denim & Co. TSV dress. and the other one that I did return is still the Big Deal. and getting those messages.
Thankfully I keep all return receipts. Yes I agree contact customer service, if you are having these issues

No, the shorts were shown recently on one of the Peace Love World shows. They are a new addition along with the lightweight top that goes with them. Top is cute and wish the matching shorts would have worked.

@Dlb63 If you are unable to print a label, you can make your own by hand-printing it using the address listed on the website for returns. Include a hand-printed statement inside listing pertinent information. Make absolutely sure the order number is correct.
I've done this a number of times with no problem.
