I placed an order question in Customer Care - my computer isn't working properly and somehow it landed in Handbags! Sorry!

Hi @eddyandme I had to remove the post that was in Handbags because it included your personal information (order number). Please email your account information (the reason for contact, Order and/or Item Number) to QVCSocialTeam@qvc.com for further assistance.

Thanks for your help. Just want to mention that yesterday there was a "Refund Issued" on my orders - even those in process/advance order!!!! Checked this a.m. and it's been removed. So not sure if it's this laptop or IT problem on Q's end.

@eddyandme Good Morning, I took a quick look at the refunds on your account, the last refund I see was back in September. If you have specific orders you'd like me to look at please email those numbers to QVCSocialTeam@qvc.com.

Thank you @Susan-QVC . I wasn't looking for a refund - was just explaining what appeared right above everything in my order account last nite so thought there may be an IT problem. As previiously mentioned my email nt working. Just wanted to mention something strange was on my order status in case Q had a problem. I'm all set - cancelled the order that wasn't processed along with a waitlist. Thank you for your assistance.
