MODS - please check on return

I wrote to the social team (support) via email - twice. No response. I returned item A379452 - (included it in the same box as a set of Quacker Factory shirts) due to the fact that the packaging on this item was damaged. I had to include it with a clothing item return. The clothing item has been refunded, but this item was not refunded. Also, may I add that I would like the full amount of the refund as it the mineral makeup was defective (the sponge split open the first time I used it; and it spilled everywhere). Please check on this refund. Thank you.
