MODS - need help with shipment

Mods,

Please help with a pair of Prive sunglasses ordered June 23. They were shipped out June 25.

Since then, they have been in CA, NJ, DE (2 miles from where I live) and are now in NY!

"Estimated arrival" was July 2. It's now July 8. That's fine if I don't receive them, I just want to refunded.

Please help!

I also ordered A369981 on June 25. It was shipped 2 days later. Since July 3, it's been sitting at a post office in Delaware. No further information.

This is no longer "cute". All I want are the items I ordered. Any assistance would be appreciated.

I also ordered sunglasses on June 12th. Suppose to arrive today July 8th. Ridiculous.

UPS seems to be an utter chaotic mess. Things just disappear never to be seen again. Can there be that much thievery? Where does it go? I've had two packages disappear this week and it's most concerning as neither of my items are still available. They had better get a handle on the problem or they're going to lose their customers. Unfortunately there's no viable alternative.

Hi @roeroe1005 I have replaced the sunglasses your estimated delivery date is 7/10, As for A369981 it is in a Post Office near by so please wait a few more days to see if it is delivered.
