I have had 4 beauty product orders during the past month that seem to stall in the “In Process” mode. One order that was In Stock when I ordered eventually moved to Back Order status. At least I was able to cancel that order & purchase the products elsewhere. The last 3 orders on Josie Maran and Wen products stalled in the In Process mode & did not ship until the day before the EDD so they did not arrive in a timely fashion. Has anyone else had this problem? Customer Service told me they are not able to correct the problem as it is a “production problem” and is handled by Corporate. This is not acceptable to me & I am putting a freeze on my ordering! Am I the only customer having this problem?

YES   YES   YES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  Everything you said I have experienced.  Time is really a problem.  Stays in Process forever

My 2 Wen items are still "In Process" but have an EDD of today, Friday the 8th. I just don't understand why this happens. Moderators please help us understand... is it lack of staffing, if so QVC needs to address the issue. Well, they need to address it anyway!
