This just happened to me. I ordered something the beginning of the month and there has been no tracking information at all. When I got an email asking for a review of product I never received I just sent an email to CS early in the morning before they were available and by 9:00 the same day got a reply to confirm my address and whether I wanted the item sent or a refund. I replied and told them I wanted the item sent and withing a few hours it was processing. Great CS!

I recently had one lost as well. I supposed it is to be expected from time to time. But I will say, in shopping here since 1987 and living in NYS I only had 1 item lost in shipping. Now that I live (one year) in NM I have had 3 packages lost in shipment. My latest was the Paradise solar lights with the hangers in clear. They are now oos. But I keep checking back hoping they come back in stock.

I deal with UPS Ground at my job every day, and they are notorious for losing packages. So, if it is shiping UPS Ground, it isn't something that QVC can control. The only thing they can do is switch to Fed Ex Ground, which is just as bad.

@avid shopper I hope you can eventually get your Paradise lights. I ordered them in the color-changing, and they are great! The colors are very bright and in the early a.m. when most of my other solar lights have stopped shining, those lights are still on! I love them!

This happened to me too, with two QVC packages and one from Amazon, all at the same time. Due to the volume of packages "lost," I really wondered if someone had stolen them. One of the items was an expensive Perricone skin care kit. We decided to install a camera on our porch so we can monitor our deliveries from now on. Even if we can't stop someone from stealing, at least we can confirm if things are delivered at all, and maybe get a good look at their face. I didn't buy the recent doorbell TSV (it was tempting) because we already have a small camera we can use.
Isn't it awful that we now have to worry about such things?

I did now order the color changing and hope I get them and love them. The only thing I have that lasts thru the night is an OLD solar dragonfly stake light that I got at Walmart years ago. I love that little guy!

@avid shopper That's too funny about the dragonfly light. I've had similar experiences. Sometimes the cheapies last for years and the pricey ones (won't mention brand names) fizzle out the first summer. I've been buying solar lights for my condo patio ever since they first came out, and I'm addicted to them. Some I use for actual lighting (so I can put the key in the back door), and some are just for the pretty colors. I love that you can either hang these lights or set them down with the flat bottom. I'm glad you ordered them......mine are so pretty. Presently, I have about 15-20 working lights of various types lighting my deck area!

This has happened to me twice! TWO times now "LOST" on the day I was suppose to get deliver. TWO times now QVC could care less. TWO times now they had a chance to give great customer service. TWO times now they failed! TWO times too many! I will no longer order from them. Amazon and local stores will get my business!
