I returned two defective items and used the QVC label. I was able to track progress on my return a few days upon taking to USPS but now no information is available and the information that was once available is missing. I have been on hold with Customer Service for over 25 minutes. I understand these are difficult times but I'm just trying to check on the status. Is there another way I can obtain an update? Thank you.

I also returned two items and have yet to see that I have. Whats the hold up?

I put the 2 items in ,could not put the item numbers. Don't think I did it right. HLP

I am experiencing the same issue. I used the return label that was enclosed on the original box. I brought it to the post office and it took 3 days to get scanned after delivery to the shipping agent. There has been no further tracking information and that was 10 days ago. I hope that I wail be seeing some tracking update soon. What is the policy if the item is lost during the return. I hope I will not be out $264.
