Can't Reach CS and Being Charged for Returned Items

I cant fix this through My Account and there is NO CS!!!!!

 

 I cannot dispute this through CS then I'm disputing through my credit card.

 

How can there be no CS?

 

Well, I wont be shopping here; cancelled a waitlist order.

Email the Mods at QVCSocialTeam@qvc.com with your order info and problem, they're very quick to respond and can work miracles on CS problems!

You never know how strong you are until being strong is the only choice you have.

@KingstonsMom  I just sent an e-mail but I'm not holding my breath.

 

Q's CS and shipping has really been terrible for the last 6-8 weeks.

 

I used to shop at ShopHQ but their CS has been a train wreck; no more shopping there as well.

You can breathe, the Social Team usually responds in less than an hour!

You never know how strong you are until being strong is the only choice you have.

I try to fix things myself, having worked phones as a CS rep for years. I know how tough customers can get. It's not the reps fault, they dont make policy or do hiring.

 

I always try to compose myself when speaking w/CS reps; it's the Operations VP's I have a certain amount of ire for. They are the bozos calling the shots.
