This is important to me because I'm a fan...

Lug bags presentations...

you guys here at QVC are really BAD at showing the components of these bags:

1. While the vendor is trying to explain the compartments and the REASONS the compartments are designed as such, someone is in the hosts ear urging them to say inane things such as (and interrupting), "look there's so much room!" [I'm trying to listen to the fact that the cc slots are positioned AWAY from the body so you can easily retrieve without others seeing]

2. The front compartment of the Skeeter has two zipper pulls allowing for completely open and/or only partially unzip

3. Each section of this bag has nice "extras" such as clear compartment windows which I consider a blessing.

What's wrong with you all? Everything I mentioned above are key SELLING POINTS!

Do you NOT WANT to sell these?

Check out the video on the app (because the video on the site cuts off after 2 seconds). You can see what I mean there.

In fact, I used "screen recording" so I'd have the entire presentation for when my order arrives.

I am a CUSTOMER pointing out selling points that are your responsibility.

And my critique goes to the vendor's own website, where detailing all of the items fitting inside the bags are very poorly shown.

@LTT1, you explained one of the major problem with the way products are shown. Details of an item seem to be of little or no importance.

Having the ability to visibly showcase and discuss an item's features is an advantage QVC has over online and catalog shopping, yet they seem intent on squandering that to the detriment of their sales.

@LTT1 .  Great valid points.  QVC was my go-to for years because of the intense descriptions of an item.  If it was something I really wanted, on repeat presentations I could half listen as I had most of the information on a prior presentation which helped me make my decision.  Now it's impossible for me - not saying everyone - to watch most presentations due to the lack of details and goofy behavior.

In person shopping and online sites with available reviews and better descriptions has replaced a lot of my Q buying.  My friends and family are shocked lol.

You know what I hate?  When they spend far too much time talking about the great buy & savings plus how many are left in each color BEFORE they even begin to talk about the item itself!  That drives me crazy!

Details about an item is important when you can't touch & see it in person.  This is an advantage QVC has over other online retailers and they need to do better.

BTW, I bought the Lug TSV from Feb. in both the black & sand colors.  I used both this week for the first time (they are spring/summer bags to me) and LOVE them!

@rockygems123, goofy behavior is a very kind term. I know I seldom watch in the evenings for the reasons you've described. I also know I'm more likely to buy if I'm watching.

To me, or at least in my case, lost veiwship equals lost sales.

@LTT1   I completely agree. There should be a format/check list for getting out the most important features FIRST. Before you tell me where I can wear it and that your daughter bought four.

@LTT1 I completely agree with you!! I was watching Julia yesterday with an America & Beyond bag and not once did she show the inside of the bag.  They lost a sale for me.

Their favorite saying over and over...."let me take you through the colors"..... and MaryBeth will go thru about 3 and say "et cetera"
