Ordered a pair of Disney pajamas at the end of January.Didn't open them until I needed to wrap them for a Birthday Gift. To my surprise it was a sweater Attitude by Renee . The invoice was correct and so was the price just not the item. Called customer service they had 1 pair left of the pajamas and shipped them out immediately and I would return the sweater with no cost to me for shipping. From the tme I received the sweater and returned it was less than 3 weeks.  Yesterday I got a package from QVC and it's On the outside of the package in 3 different places it stated to late to return. Opened it up and they sent me back the same sweater I returned in Feb. with the original invoice that is clearly  marked wrong item sent. Called customer service and the rep. kept saying I'm sorry and said I had ordered this in Jan. 2022 and it was a dress. Wrong. Still confused and hung up on the dress by Renee that I orded a year ago and kept saying you can't return it.    Asked did I have to pay for it  and she said no. I did tell her I will be donating it to the Cancer Society Fashion Show and Boutique in October. Had to make sure I wasn't charged twice for this item. I just don't understand customer service no wonder QVC is loosing money.
