My large nesting bowl cover has 5 lock n lock tabs and two of them fell off. I would like to know who to contact to get that lid replaced.

That has happened to most of my newer ones. The older ones are still good. Quality not as good on  lock n lock. I finally quit wasting my money on them.

Just to confirm what @Carmie posted, I received a LocknLock order last week, and it listed that same customer service phone number. @4Specialk, I recommend calling during the middle of the day Pacific Time if you can; I think that will give you the best chance of getting a live person to help you. Same here.  The quality of the lids and seals is NOT as heavyweight at in the past.  I no longer order Lock 'n Lock either.  I prefer the older, better quality product.
