Live Chat feature

Does this feature still exist?  I have had success with using this in the past for customer service.

When I click on the  "Chat Live" nothing happens.

Does a box pop  up? 

 

 

A box should pop up. Fill it out and click next. Sometimes it takes several minutes from them to come online.

No.  I have used it in the past.  A box is not popping up.  Maybe they are super busy.  I hate to wait on hold on the phone.

Do you have an ad blocker? I just checked on Safari and the box popped right up.
