Letter from VP customer Service

My account has been closed due to returns and I am delighted! The quality sizing shipping returns for crediting are no way customer service nor where I want to spend money and have to keep an item for fear of a reprimand, other places to shop free shipping and half the time no tax!  This won’t post for others to see that is the world we are living in truth hurts!!!!!!

That is a very, very long sentence. If you were so unhappy with so many purchases, why did you keep buying?

Congratulations! Sounds like a win for you and QVC!  FYI, tax collection is not determined by the business but the state.

Re: Letter from VP customer Service

Sounds a bit severe.  QVC stresses that you can return any item for any reason within 30 days.  In addition, they charge customers $6.95 to use the return label.  Sizing has not been consistent recently, the quality of some items is nonexistent, and some items do come damaged.  Why would a company that touts the ease of returning any product for any reason close a customer's account????  Makes no sense to me.

Re: Letter from VP customer Service

I’m not sure what VP customer service is, but I assume this is another post about getting “the letter”!  As in the infamous letter that says since you’ve returned more items than you’ve kept, your QVC account is closed

As others have said, on this and numerous other threads over the years, if you’ve received this letter, you need to take a good look at your reasons for continuing to make purchases from a company where you end up returning so many items.

We are not charged the return fee for items that are damaged.

If I was spending that much on return shipping costs, I'd have stopped buying long ago. Or were you one that complained and found ways to make them waive the return postage?

If you were unhappy with your purchases and returned that consistently, why did you not quit shopping on your own????  You needed Q to close your account in order to learn your lesson?
