Item processing for 4 days need MOD help

My order was placed on Saturday 12/13/2019. I ordered 2 items, the first one has shipped but the second one has been processing for 4 days now. I chose express shipping. The item is supposed to arrive tomorrow 12/17 but the status still shows “in process”. Does this mean they don’t have the item in stock? Will my order cancel? I needed it by Friday 12/20/2019. It was a birthday gift and my son will be disappointed if he does not have it. What can I do to speed things up?

 had an item "in-process" that I had already rec'd!
