WRONG ITEM RECEIVED....@qvcsocialteam (Moderators) --

I called CS as much to my surprise when I opened my AS IS box of VPH Red Vintage Truck it was bamboo pillows!!!  I DID NOT ORDER  BAMBOO PILLOWS!

Although, Dorothy was very helpful and I was able to REORDER this item - I was charged $5.46 for shipping & handling to reorder the CORRECT item when the original ordered item had FREE s/h.  

 

She also informed me the RETURN fees of $6.95 would be waived as I received the incorrect item.   This box will be returned tomorrow via USPS per her instructions to use the pre-paid label.

 

  I tried to call CS back BUT it was a 20+ minute hold - then the line disconnected!!

 

(I realize many customers may be calling in during this time of year!)

 

Can you please refund the shipping & handling fees on this order.  Order placed 12/17 @ 2:44 pm - you can look up the order #.
