I purchased a pair of pants and received a size different than what I ordered. QVC Error.
2) When I returned the item I mentioned I should receive a full refund as return is due to QVC Error.
3) QVC processed the return, but of course they did not refund me for the shipping and handling. QVC Error.
4) Contacted Customer Service and they said they will apply an additional $10.00 credit to my account.
5) When I review my order on QVC.com it still shows partial refund and not the additional $10.00. Contacted QVC and they could not explain why it does not show a full refund but said the additional $10.00 was refunded. Hmmmm.
6) Looked at credit card statement and no record of refund showing up yet. Will wait a week or so and then I may have to contact Customer Service again.
Anytime I try to get a full refund for something that was a QVC Error, it only gets completed correctly after contacting Customer Service numerous times.

@BunSnoop , look under My account, and then My credits. Maybe the $10.00 has been given to you there.

Anytime a retailer gave me a credit it was to my store's account, not a bank account.

@Tissyanne , thank you for the helpful suggestion. I was unaware of the My Credits. I just checked, but there is nothing there but it's still good to know in the event in the future I'm expecting a credit to my account. Thank you!

@Group 5 minus 1 , when I returned the pants I mentioned (included a notation on the return label) that since the item is being returned due to QVC's error to please refund me for the full amount.

@Kachina624 , I've been a customer for over 35 years and I've never used the Social Team, but I may have to if this issue does not get resolved.
Since I've never used them I must admit I forgot that option does exist - thank you!

@BunSnoop - One other thing you can try to check available account credits: Add an item to your cart and go to the checkout screen; you may see the credits listed there as a payment option. Good luck!
