Same check out issues Problems saved items too !!

this is really getting crazy !   Now I can't check out once again ,  it goes back and forth everyday !   Can't check past first page if saved items , click arrow and Nothing!!   Why on earth can't qvc address these issues , I just don't get 

it ?   i dont have any issues with other sites .

@Kitty Galore.  Have you heard complaints from others with the same issue?  If not the problem is probably on your end.  Are you using the app or qvc.com?  Whichever, you might try switching to the other.

I didn't have the same problem as you, but I couldn't do anything with my saved items yesterday and I couldn't order.

 

I didn't have any trouble ordering earlier this morning like I did yesterday, but something seems to be going on with this website again today.  I was suddenly signed out of the forum without my doing it, and when I came back some minutes later I was signed in--again, without my doing it.

@Kitty Galore - I haven't experienced any issues with ordering or checkout, but a few years ago when QVC was "upgrading" the cart layout/format and caused a bunch of problems with saved items disappearing, I moved everything to my wish list instead. It's just as easy to move things from the wish list to the cart when you're ready to buy (still a single button command) and you actually can see a few more useful details about an item in the wish list. Hope that helps a bit...

@geezerette   it just seems to change from minute to minute at times .   So crazy that I can checkout them I can't  .   Or I can't place order on ordering page !   There have always been issues ,  but lately it is the checkout , saved and placing orders which are major things !

@Kachina624 yes I have ,  there are others through the last weeks or even months.  I can do this one day even in the same day and then I can't !   It is ridiculous.   My iPad is the latest so not on my end QVC needs to get rid of 

antiqued programs .  I use .com always have nothing changed on my end,   Do t see why I have to change my browser they should be able to accommodate any browser

My checkout problem always seems to be the same: if I don't see the "PayPal" button along with the "Checkout" button on the page before checking out, it won't progress and allow me to order.

 

I agree it's ridiculous to have this many problems trying to spend your money here!  Like others, it's yet another thing that has me reducing my buying drastically.

@geezerette   Exactly !   If I do t see "save" " remove " I know I won't be proceeding g to placing order !  Good grief why so many issues .  I am saving $$$ so that's a good thing 😂

I wrote CS the other day and low and behold my issues vanished !   Nice while it lasted .   Only to return again today 😡. If it worked one day why not everyday !!?  It shows IT can fix it if they choose !   Back in forth , back in forth ,  never know from day to day , or in same day .  I just don't understand why it is so difficult 😣. If the people in the IT department can't take care of an issue they should be able to then find someone that is equipped to I say.
