I don't care how long refund takes, I just want to know it will show up eventually.

I don't use it.  It does take quite awhile though for my credit to show.  I might use it in the future but I haven't been buying anything.

I rarely return anything because I rarely buy anything from here.  But I did have to return 2 items recently.  Used the easy returns and I quickly received an acknowledgement and refund.  If I ever return another item, I would definitely use it.  Why not???

@depglass Is there any reason you don't want to use Easy Returns?

 

I haven't had to use it but I read mostly positive results using this method.

@depglass   No, I use the old fashioned method.  I can wait for my $8-10 refunds.  They aren't budget busters.

@depglass - Nope, definitely not required; I didn't use it for my last three returns and found that I still got refunds fairly quickly without adding that step (quite a bit faster than in the past six months). And since we end up getting charged for using the return label no matter who is contacted upfront or what return method is used, I figure I'll just wait until all the refund reckoning is complete before asking the social team for assistance with those fees as applicable.

Not mandatory but it works for me.  I email them, get a response in a few days, my order status is fixed immediately and easy pays cancelled the day I get the email.  A day or two later I get confirmation from qvc that the refund was processed.  Then in a day or two I get credit on my credit card that the charge went to.  Within a week I am fully refunded. When the warehouse gets your package it is confirmed that they have it and the label charge follows; sometimes a month later!  Works for me.  I don't use easy pay that much so if its a $40, 50, or 60 dollar item I am happy to get it off my credit card as soon as possible.

@depglass  I think QVC has to be careful on what it's going for.  I don't think the old return process was working so well so the Q came up w/this new process & it seems to work well for me but reading the forums it seems to have issues for others.  I think they thought that everyone would do their returns this way so customer service/the social team could concentrate on other issues but it's not working so well so it's making more work for others.  I hope I explained this well but if they want to come up w/a new process it needs to actually work & work well.
