Come on QVC! I ordered a Scott Living mattress on July 19 with an EDD of July 31; well July 31 came and went. I had called Customer Service on the 30th and was told to call back on the 31st; which I did. Then after days with the mattress still in process, I called Customer Service again! They said they would ship a replacement one out priority and that it would arrive by Monday. Well, Monday has come and gone. I called yet again and was told, it'll be there by Tuesday. Guess what? It's Tuesday and no mattress. What is going on with the Q? Any suggestions? With a purchase of this price, should I really have to continually call Customer Service?

My order has set In Process now for 5 days..no reply when I emailed about it. Usually they ship so fast I can't cancell orders , then have to return a lot but this one order I needed it to ship and it has set there now not moving. anyone else have this problem?

I am sorry that your order has not yet released. Due to the impact of Hurricane Florence, many orders are being delayed in shipping. I do see that feedback has been sent to our corporate office on your behalf in regards to this.

I have an item that's been processing for 7 days now, that's never happened before. I am wondering if it has something to do with the hurricane. I ordered an item 2 days ago and that item has been shipped already.

Having same problem with a Mally order. Was suppose to ship the 15th, still in ADVANCE ORDER. THEY HAVE BEEN MESSING UP A LOT. DONE
