With September almost here, I still have not received my August issue.
More often than not, I have to contact CS to find out what's going on and let them know I have not received mine by mail.
In the meanwhile, others have been able to pre-order items that are in limited quantities to me or colors sold out in my size or if makeup...no longer available in my shade. This is a problem on your end not mine.
I've seen many threads concerning this problem of late mailings or no receipt of the issue for a month or two.
Can you somehow have a complete list of those who have requested a copy mailed to them, have enough printed and get them mailed out in time. Receiving them a month late is useless.

Just spoke to CS. Evidently, it is necessary to write (not email) the corporate offices to report the problems w/ Inside Q. CS can only handle the requests you have not received an issue for the current month. They have my name on the list to receive it monthly, but do not have the ability to assure it gets mailed. What's up with that?
I'm sure corporate has more important problems than making sure I receive Inside Q. CS should take this over.

@Shanus I am sorry this continues to be a source of frustration for you. I have put in a request to have a copy mailed out and also to research why you no longer receive a copy.

i signed up to receive INSIDE Q a while back, but still have not received it. Could you look into this for me, please, Susan? Thanks.

I to am still waiting. Its been a few months. i got a reply and it said i will get it online first then the magazine, but nothing yet.

I have the same problem as all of the posters, and when i inquired I was told (via email) that people receive the Insider if they have purchased a certain amount of items over the past couple of months.
No purchases, no Insider. I consider this pretty arbitrary. How much does a miailing cost for heaven's sake!

@Shanus I long ago decided I didn't need that aggravation in my life, gave up and now look at the rogue website that publishes the TSVs and item number. I don't care about reading the insider per se. Keep your eyes open and maybe someone will post a link to the blue skies website.

@Shanus I get the Insider every month but my copy does not arrive until 15-18 each month. . It never arrives earlier than that.

Hi @Kachina624. There used to be a place on the homepage that directed you to an online version of Inside Q. That page changes so often, I can't find anything anymore!
