  I ordered the dress and leather jacket right after midnight when @JustJazzmom made item # live. At 12:27 AM I posted on that thread that I ordered the dress and jacket.  It was posted as processing when on 10/23 the jacket was sent and the dress was BACKORDERED.  I waited till today, and called customer service and explained that I was one of the first to order, others are receiving theirs and mine is backordered.  I feel that is not right, that others are on waitlist, and mine is backordered?  She agreed to check further, and came back to the phone to tell me that the "Vender" is trying to fill my order, if they can not not they will send me an e-mail and cancel my order.  I was not happy, and said that I know that some are put aside for check holds etc. and that this is not acceptable.  She gave the impression that QVC was not in charge of the situation.  I asked if I could speak to a manager, she put me on hold, and after listening to some horrible music I had to leave.  This has happened to me before, by ordering right after they are posted. I understand we can't changewhat happened, but I do believe first come, first served. Linea Ladies are vary loyal and deturmined. I'd like to know the difference between backordered and waitlist.

Call Corporate Office and complain. This is not right. Once a long time ago, Corporate released someone's check hold to me since I was paying by credit card.

 

But backorder is higher on the chances of getting it over waitlist.

In all honesty, that does not seem very fair.

I no longer order at midnight Eastern. I had too many problems like yours in the past. I place my order first thing in the morning. No problem with size, colors or fulfillment.

I ordered my dress very soon after it appeared on the QVC website.  That is before midnight where I live, and I received the dress yesterday.  The orders should be filled in the order that they are placed!  What happens when they sit for days, "processing"?
