I need to cancel a delayed order

Is it possible to cancel an order I placed on November 9th? I just got an email stating it was going to be delayed. EDD was Nov. 21st. My order # is ****. Two weeks & it hasn't even shipped? I would hope you could set up your system to cancel "delayed" orders.

I am sorry that your order is unable to be cancelled. I do see that you spoke with a representative about this earlier today and every effort is being made to cancel the order for you.

Thank you. I should have know it wouldn't be here by the EDD of Nov. 21st. I wanted it for Thanksgiving weekend. I've replaced it with something I just found at J.C. Penney's in their store.
